On Thursday, October 27, Mark will moderate a panel with the Hon. Jeffrey S. White of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the Hon. Tracie L. Brown of the Superior Court for the City and County of San Francisco. The panel will feature the judges' observations on the most common errors committed by trial lawyers in their presentation of evidence.
