Conrad Metlitzky Kane LLP Joins Alliance for Asian American Justice

Conrad | Metlitzky | Kane LLP is proud to announce that it has joined The Alliance for Asian American Justice, a national initiative to provide pro bono legal services to victims of anti-Asian hate crimes. Our firm fully supports the mission of the Alliance and the efforts of its partner Miranda Kane who is currently representing the surviving daughter of a victim whose case is being prosecuted by the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.  We welcome this opportunity to help victims in need of advocacy and enhance our efforts to fight prejudice and racism, by holding the perpetrators of hate crimes and harassment accountable.

Comprised of more than 45 law firms and a number of Fortune 100 general counsel, the Alliance aims to coordinate and drive pro bono resources from member firms to assist and support victims in obtaining legal remedies.  The Alliance will work with victims to bring lawsuits to seek compensatory and other civil remedies or to collaborate with law enforcement so that perpetrators are brought to justice. The Alliance will also help victims find specialized legal services, social services, and other community support.
