Warren Metlitzky will be a featured speaker at the Bar Association of San Francisco next week on a panel about how to conduct effective witness examinations at trial. The lunchtime program will include Judge Monica Wiley of the San Francisco Superior Court, as well as distinguished trial lawyers Arturo Gonzalez (Morrison & Foerster LLP) and Miranda Kane (Kane + Kimball LLP). The panel will be moderated by Holly House of Paul Hastings LLP.
The panel's presentation on "Examinations" is the second in a three-part series on trial tactics presented by the Litigation Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. The program will be held on May 18, 2016, at BASF, 301 Battery Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA, 94111. The cost to attend the panel is $45 for BASF Litigation Section members, $55 for BASF members and government and nonprofit attorneys, and $70 for general admission.
