Warren Metlitzky will appear next week alongside three renowned San Francisco trial lawyers at the Bar Association of San Francisco. The program, which includes panelists James Brosnahan (Morrison & Foerster), Joe Cotchett (Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy), and John Keker (Keker & Van Nest), will feature a discussion of opening statements, as well as tips and advice on jury selection.
The panel's presentation on "Openings" is the first in a three-part series on trial tactics presented by BASF's Litigation Section.
